Michelle's run 6.23.10

Running Stats:

Time: 30 minutes
Distance: 2.51
Pace: 11:57

I can't believe I ran for 30 minutes without dying.  It was challenging the last 10 minutes, but the first 20 are getting fairly easy!  The whole last 10 minutes I just kept thinking, "I don't have to run tomorrow." and "The next time you run it's only for 20 minutes"  haha.

After my run my knees hurt a little and I was starving even after dinner.  I may need to up the calorie intake on long run days.


So glad that tomorrow is a rest day.
