Michelle's workouts 10.13-10.15

Monday: 15 min run/15 min walk

Ran after dinner and it was not a good idea. The food had not settled enough. 

Tuesday: 30 min walk with jogger

Wednesday: 4 mile run with jogger

4 mile run! Ran at a flat 2 mile course, so we did two laps. Heath did pretty well. No major meltdowns.
