Michelle's run 10.4.14

3 mile run

Heath, Michael and I ran with a lady on Michael's Race for the cure team at a local sports complex area with a track around it. It was nice and flat! The weather was also great!

    He liked it. There were lots of people and things to look at but no playgrounds or anything too fun to make him want to get out.
