Sunday = 1 mile run, Tuesday = 3.5 mie run with Sam, Thursday = 2 mile run with Sam and Saturday = 10 mile run! What!? I was planning for 8-9 miles, but at 8.5 miles I still felt really good so I just kept going. Pace = 11:29. I was a half block from home when I reached 10 miles - that was the longest half block ever :o
Hahaha. I bet it felt like you weren't gaining any ground. Way to go! I think you could run a half no problem. Crazy!!!
