Michelle's workouts

I've hit some kind of working mom exhaustion wall. By Friday I can hardly sit up. In the last week I have done quite a bit of walking.  I ran for 12 minutes last Friday and 20 minutes Tuesday.  I was too tired to blog about it.  Tonight was cooler weather, but I opted for a nap while Michael took Heath in the jogger for his run. Such a good daddy/husband.
