Mysti's Workouts - Week of June 23rd

I'm not sure why, but running has felt like an up hill struggle since having Sam - a year ago! More of a life / mental adjustment than lack of physical ability. Oh well! I finally feel like a runner. I might have said that in previous post, but it just shows my ups and downs this year. Hopefully, this progress continues. Monday = 1.5 mile walk, Tuesday = 2 mile run, Wednesday = 2 mile walk, Thursday = 1.75 mile run and Saturday = 3 mile solo run. Today's (Saturday) run was great: nice cool weather, without jogger - little mommy time and felt good the entire run.

  1. Great! While running with a jogger is convenient, I think every mom needs some solo runs!
