Jillian Michael's ripped in 30-week 1
I have been wanting to do some weight/strength exercises, but hadn't been able to get it in. Since Heath doesn't nap much, it's hard to do a 30 minute workout. But today he actually went to sleep in his crib for his nap. I started the workout right away. I made it 25 minutes when he woke up, I got him back to sleep and finished. He woke up 5 minutes later, just enough to finish.
