Treadmill run. The first half was really good. But then for the second half my calves were tight and I was struggling. Michael was in the workout room lifting weights, so I was glad that he was ready to go when I hit 3 miles.
p.s. Day 3 of No November has been a success. I think tomorrow will be challenging because I have to eat lunch out and it's going to be a long day. I think I can, I think I can... hahaha
