Heath and I were about to go on our run and this happened.
So we has to wait until the afternoon. It was really humid,but not too hot.
I am also doing an ab challenge. 30 days of ab work. I just found a plan on pinterest. I wasn't worried about what the exact plan was, I just need to do something. I like how I look except for my stomach. I hate that I still look 5 months pregnant. And it's not fat, it's just that I have no muscles anymore. So I'm hoping by actually doing some exercises with them, they will tighten up a bit.
