Michelle's run 2.25.12

Run: 20 minutes

I ran 20 minutes yesterday afternoon.  I had Five Guys for lunch which wasn't the best running fuel, so by the end I wanted to puke!  However, I knew I needed to run since I was busy today.  I'm hoping I keep the running/exercising this week, but it's almost exhibit time which means work will be INSANE!  I may do yoga again, since I can do that at night.  (I usually only go every other week.)
