Treadmill: 15 minutes
Arms / Free Weights: 15 minutes
Elliptical: 15 minutes

Trying to keep it exciting and short / fast cardio.

  1. That's a good way to switch it up instead of just running for a long time on the treadmill. Does the place have any classes or is it just machines?
