Mysti's Workouts - Week of Oct 27th, Nov 3rd and Nov 10th

Wow!! I've been doing well with running, but horrible about blogging. Totally didn't know it had been over 3 weeks. Here goes a recap....Week of Oct 27th = short runs & 13.1 mile run!! Yay, reached my goal!! I started slowing down a litte to get ready for Race Day. Week of Nov 3rd = 4 and 9.5 mile run. Week of Nov 10th = 3, 2.25 w Sam, 3.15 w Sam and 6 mile. Now,it's race week with a forecast Saturday of low 21 and high 40 - at least the rain chance has dropped to 20%. My plan of slowing down to rest / recover last couple of weeks is starting to mess with my head. I keep thinking its been forever since a long run, but really on race day it will have been only 2 weeks. I'm ready!!
