Eating = Doing fairly well. Salads for lunch, more fruits for snacks, adding greens to dinner and limiting sweets. Nothing crazy and not everyday, but more days than not.
Morning run for the first time since daylight savings. It was still very dark at 6:20am.
Another random note, news story last night was of a runner getting hit on the arm by a blow dart. It was even on same street I run on just a mile or two more north.
Sam and I made a trip to Aunt Cathy's and Grandparents' Farm last week - I decided I would leave the running shoes and jogging stroller behind. Enjoyed my break from reality while indulging in homemade fried pork chops and mashed potatoes.
Very excited about progress today. My knee hurt about 3 different times and could feel it was tight throughout run but never to the point I felt any damage or bad pain.
Eating: Much better for me
Lunches- 3 salads, 1 tuna w dill pickles and wheat crackers and peanut butter sandwich. Only 1 Donut :)
