Mysti's Workouts - Week of June 9th & 16th

Monday = 1 mile run/1 mile walk, Thursday = 2 mile run, Friday = 1.5 mile run/1.5 mile walk, Saturday = 2 mile run / 1 mile walk with my boys / another 1 mile run, Sunday = 2 mile run, Monday - Friday = with The Hassler's and Saturday = 2 mile run. Just to show how much Michelle Rocks - my 2 mile time today was 21 minutes. She is only 2 months post baby and already matching my runs!

Michelle's run 6.22.13

20 minute run
Distance: 1.76 miles

First post-pregnancy run without the jogger.  It was just me and the iPod.  I was surprised that I could even run up the hill.  I have done a lot better than I thought I would.  I don't know if its because I had an active pregnancy or if I have different idea of my limits after pregnancy and a natural childbirth.i just need to get more consistent.

It's funny that Mysti was here all week and we didn't run once.  But with two kids and only one jogger, that wasn't going to happen.  :)

Michelle's run 6.10.13

10 minute walk
10 minute run

Went on another walk and run with my crew while Michael mowed the back yard. I'm loving how mild our summer has been so far.

Mysti's Workouts - Week of June 2nd

Sunday = 1.5 mile run and Monday = 1.5 hour walk and major sunburn. OMG - I was still red and hurting on Thursday. Pretty much was a bad week after that :(

Michelle's run 6.6.13

20 minute walk
12 minute run

Took Heath and Murray.  We walked first and then ran for 12 minutes.  I didn't know how running with the jogger and Murray would go, but it wasn't bad.  It helped that we were running in the middle of the afternoon when others were not out.  I definitely wouldn't do it all of the time, but it's good to know it's possible.

The walk/run was definitely needed.  Heath has not been napping except when he is in his carseat (and even then the naps are really short).  He has been extremely fussy because he is so tired.  We are trying to stay home the next few days so that I can work on getting a better nap routine.  So, the walk/run was a good way for us to get out.  Heath fell asleep, but woke up about 5 minutes after the run was over!

Michelle's run 6.3.13

13 minute run

I ran a little farther today.  I felt good and enjoyed the nic summer evening.  Heath seemed to enjoy it as well.  Since his carseat snaps into the jogger, he faces me, so I look at his cute face while I run.  I even get to talk to him.
